Oh Canada
Today I realized:
+ For all the money and time I've dumped into Canada since 2001, they should just hand me an "honourary Canadian" sticker and give me a visa and make me a happy girl. That would make my life infinitely better, since it would make moving in with my boyfriend that much easier. Planning and moving out is never easy. It's even more of a pain when it involves international red tape and 1,000mi.
+ Even after a total of three years with the K-Mart Corporation (oh excuse me, Sears Holdings Inc.), I find it odd that I still stop and think "Damn this place sucks." Oh if it weren't for the people I work with, and all the time off they give me to fly out to Atlantic Canada, I'd definitely be on the job path at this very moment. 'Unfortunately', with a possible jaunt up to the big lake, a very possible trek up to the rock (Newfoundland) and a wedding to go to this fall. Well, I just can't afford having an employer that would tell me no! ^~ It's good to be well liked by the powers that be.
+ Some people will milk any and all illnesses as long as they can for as much as they can. And then claim that they are dealing with it and all the whiners need to shut their mouths. I suppose I didn't just realize this. And I'm really thinking of just one particular case. Anyway. Sometimes I'd love to neatly sweep them all over a cliff.
+ I really want to read Digital Fortress.
+ Summer blows. Give me autumn.
