Without Wax

Digital Fortress: Definitely not his best work. It's obvious it's an early one. It does have it's merits though, and I'm glad he's perfected the formula through the other three that I've read. So now I think I rank them:

1. Angels and Demons (this was emotionally packed for me, at the end, total stunner even though the revelation wasn't that astounding. My breath had caught in my throat. It also left me uneasy to sleep on some nights. Great read).

2. The Da Vinci Code (the reverence in which he wrote the ending really touched me. and the rest was brain candy. I can't say it was terribly well written, but a very engaging story).

2. Deception Point (I have to tie this with Da Vinci. This was a really good read, that lead me in a great circle away from where I needed to be. Even though I realized I was probably being lead on).

4. Digital Fortress (I had most of the important stuff figured out by the time the story picked up. The end had some neat twists and good points. But it was very jerky storytelling).
